Morton Real Estate - Sales Co-ordinator (Crows Nest)

Responsibilities Include

• Provide administration and compliance support for our sales agents in the sales transaction process
• Liaise with a variety of service providers including, valuers, building/pest control inspectors and councils, to ensure the smooth progress of sales.
• Liaising with vendors, purchasers and solicitors throughout the sales campaign 
• Work closely with the Marketing and Finance Teams

• Managing periodical, in-going and outgoing inspections

• Negotiate rental reviews, payments, arrears and lease renewals
• Resolve maintenance and property repairs using a brand new maintenance system - Morton Fix
